Leerpodium available again after security incident

Leerpodium is now fully available to users

On 2 June, the online learning environment was taken offline as a precaution following a security incident. During the incident, unauthorised changes were made to the platform, resulting in unwanted links to external websites appearing on the platform.

Over the past period, Leerpodium has implemented additional security measures and carried out work to further strengthen the environment. These measures have been completed successfully.

The investigation into the cause and impact of the incident is still ongoing. It has been established that the incident involved a cyberattack affecting one of Leerpodium’s supplier servers. There are no indications that any other ArtEZ systems have been affected.
