The Part of Me campaign was developed to make the invisible visible. During Pride Month in June, the campaign is exhibited in small villages across the Netherlands. In each village, different stories take centre stage: members of the local community share their personal experiences to raise awareness, offer recognition, and remind others that they are not alone.
While Pride in cities is often vibrant and highly visible, this campaign takes a more understated approach in rural communities. Through posters, bus shelters, flyers, and a central graphic installation placed in familiar locations such as a church or village square, attention is drawn in a subtle yet powerful way. The installation invites interaction and sparks curiosity, encouraging conversations within the community.
The campaign is also supported at locations such as local health centres and the GGD, where informational materials, including flyers and booklets, are made available. The visual identity of the campaign consists of a collage of square fragments, with each fragment representing a personal story. Every individual forms a unique piece, and together they create a whole.
