"My silence is my prison."
Who are you as a teacher and creator?
I'm a creator with a keen eye for detail, dramaturgy, and content. Furthermore, I always strive to develop myself. This is also what characterises me as an Artist Educator, someone who creates and develops through collaboration. I don't simply want to teach someone something, but to encourage their own development.
What inspires or fascinates you?
I make theatre that grates, challenges, and raises questions. I'm inspired by subjects that others find too dirty, too disturbing, or too scary. Within this grimy nastiness, I find laughter, tears, and good conversation.
What is your ambition/wish for the future?
In the future, I would like to direct and create productions and find my place within a company. I would also like to keep developing as a creator and explore new disciplines.

- KASKO, assistant directing under Hendrik Aerts on 'Paradise Circus Island'.
What characterises a feminine approach/directing style/leadership within the contemporary theatre field?
Tell us something about your profile/research.
In my research, I'm curious about feminine vs. masculine values in directing.
