Finals Composition for Film & Theatre

The Composition for Film and Theatre students prepare their Final Presentations in very diverse ways. For some the emphasis might be on composing for dance and working with choreographers, gestures in the space and bodies in motion. For other Finalists the emphasis might be on creating sound for digital visual media (like film or projected images). Storytelling and collaboration is central, and "theatre" can be whatever you want it to be. In addition to composing, the students are frequently involved in sound design, synthesis and production. All the Finals are as different from each other as the CFT makers creating them!
