Practical information

Costs

If you are taking this minor as part of your higher professional education programme through Kies Op Maat, you do not have to pay any additional tuition fee. Occasionally, there may be fees for materials or field trips.

Check with your own study programme whether grants or reimbursements are available for a minor outside your home institution. 

Timetable

The minor runs from September to the end of January. Classes take place on:

  • Friday from 13:00 to 17:30
  • Saturday from 09:00 to 13:00

All classes are held at the ArtEZ Academy of Architecture. You will spend around twelve hours per week on assignments.

Application requirements

Admission requirements

This minor is intended for graduates of a university of applied sciences in an architectural or built-environment discipline, such as Architecture, Civil Engineering, or Built Environment. You want to develop further as a designer and aim to progress to the Master in Architecture.

Preparatory programme

If you have already completed a bachelor's programme at a university of applied sciences, you can take this minor as a preparatory programme for Architecture.
