Contract Education in Arnhem

You can apply for contract education throughout the year. However, most subjects can only be started in September, as they run for the entire academic year. In the application portal, you indicate which subjects you would like to take. A staff member from the programme will then review the options with you.

During an introductory class, you will get to know the lecturer(s) and gain an idea of the required level and the subjects.

Please note: introductory classes are only possible between December and March.

In contract education, you put together your own programme, always in consultation with the education organisation. All criteria and descriptions for programmes and course components are the same as those used in the regular bachelor’s programmes.

No contract education is offered within the Music Theatre programme.

In most cases, you apply through an audition; in others, through an intake interview. You can find all admission requirements and dates on the bachelor’s programme page.

Contract education is not subsidised. Fees are therefore based on cost price. Below you will find the base rates per 60-minute lesson (depending on group size). If the lesson duration differs, the fee is calculated proportionally. Payment per semester or in instalments is possible. VAT does not apply

Individual lessons

• € 75 per lesson
• € 1,050 per semester (15 lessons)
• € 2,000 per year (30 lessons)
• Duration: 60 minutes

Small group (2–8 students)

• € 30 per lesson
• € 450 per semester (15 lessons)
• € 900 per year (30 lessons)
• Duration: 50 or 60 minutes

Large group (> 8 students)

• € 25 per lesson
• € 375 per semester (15 lessons)
• € 750 per year (30 lessons)
• Duration: 50 or 60 minutes
